[DEMO] ACCOUNTS - STEP4 - Adding IAMADMIN to GENERAL Account

AWS HAVE MADE SOME SIGNIFICANT UI CHANGES .. SEE THE WORKAROUND BELOW (UI UPDATE TO THE VIDEO IN DEVELOPMENT)

In this [DEMO] lesson I will step you through how to add an IAM user to the GENERAL AWS Account which has permissions almost equal to the Account Root User

From this point onward in the course we will use IAM identities to login and interact with the AWS Accounts - leaving the Account Root User for emergency tasks only.
